Meadvale Road ready as action begins this weekend

This weekend sees the start of the new season and, in preparation, a group of 20 players, juniors, and parents spent a sunny Saturday preparing Meadvale Road for the summer ahead.

The weekend's work saw our old covers dismantled and removed, sightscreens damaged by Storm Eunice fixed, benches painted, the pavillion cleaned, and our new Junior storage shed erected.

All this means that Meadvale Road is ready for our season opener this Saturday against Wembley. While our 1s make the trip to Vale Farm, our 2s will get first use of the home facilities against the men from HA0.

Our Sunday fixture then sees us head south of the river to take on Streatham and Marlborough at Dulwich Common.
